Socnet.se is a free, open-source CLI-based software client for doing blockmodeling analysis of networks. Developed in C#/.Net, Socnet.se is available as source or self-contained ready-to-run binaries for Windows, MacOS and Linux. Run either as a stand-alone application or as an external process from R or Python, Socnet.se implements all common forms of node equivalence, ideal blocks, and several search algorithms and goodness-of-fit functions.
